3. Who do I see for advise? Contact us by email or phone to make an appointment.
4. How do I order from your web shop? Send us you Purchase Order. We'll send you a Proforma Invoice. You send us payment by telegraphic transfer ("wire"). We ship the goods to you.
5. The machine I just bought from your shop does not work. What do I do? Return it to our shop to be tested. If it malfunctions, you should claim for warranty.
6. I no longer want to have the item I just bought from your shop. What do I do? If within 2 weeks of the date of purchase, and if the item is intact and undamaged, with its original packing materials complete and intact, we'll refund you, deducting a 25% Restocking Fee.
